Shipping policy

 

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email or SMS notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer shipping to most locations within South Africa using a courier service. LANARK calculates their shipping (for orders outside of Cape Town) based on volumetric weight.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status via phone call to a third party courier. Alternatively, if no tracking number is made available, LANARK and/or third party couriers will be in contact with you via email or phone call to update you on delivery status.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 -15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lanark.co.za with your name and order number.

 

Free shipping

LANARK offers free local and nationwide shipping to major hubs for all orders over ZAR40,000. Please confirm that your shipping address is within the local and nationwide locations presented below.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for all orders in Cape Town.

Deliveries are made from 8:00 to 16:30 on business days. LANARK will contact you via text message, phone call or email to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

For all orders in South Africa, LANARK delivers to specific locations. Please confirm that your shipping address is within these locations below in order for LANARK to fulfil your order.
