Refund policy
LANARK finishes all our furniture to order, allowing customers to make choices in terms of final finish (stain, limewash, natural, etc), handles and upholstery fabric. Because of this we do not offer exchanges and/or returns. You can always contact us for any questions at info@lanark.co.za.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Incorrect sizes
If you have purchased a standard range product off the Showroom floor and it seems as if it is the incorrect size after delivery, contact us immediately at info@lanark.co.za so that we can exchange the product for one that is the correct size. The customer is liable to pay additional shipping/ delivery fees incurred.Â
Order cancellation
You are allowed to cancel an order within 5 days of placing the order. Any amounts paid will be returned within 10 business days excluding a 10% handling fee. The 10% handling fee is to account for time spent on working on your order before cancellation.Â
